Nationwide Collections by AttorneysAttorney Business Collection Services is not a law office, but a contractor for legal services and consultants for commercial debt collection. Our collection services are strictly limited to commercial accounts in the United States of America, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. All legal representations, whether through communications or in court or in an appropriate venue for mediation shall be made by a registered attorney.

Our contract with our Client (Creditor) is to lawfully assist in the collection of commercial debt and the recovery of assets. In addition, if a mutually acceptable repayment or recovery act cannot be reached with the Debtor, then we are committed to help the Debtor get the bankruptcy protection, which they are afforded under the United States Constitution.

Therefore, every collection and asset recovery case that we accept ends with one or more of the following actions:

 a) Payment in full by the Debtor;
b) Recovery of assets that lawfully belong to the Creditor;
c) A mutually acceptable payment plan is mediated between the Creditor and Debtor;
d) A US Bankruptcy Court ordered 341 meeting of Creditors with a US Bankruptcy Trustee where the Debtor is questioned under oath by Creditors, a trustee, examiner, and/or the U.S. trustee about his/her/Corporate financial affairs. Each Debtor shall swear under oath they are bankrupt by every lawful description of the Federal Bankruptcy Code.
A Report of Suspected Bankruptcy Fraud is filed with the United States Department of Justice.
